Kids@Medicare was launched in 2009 to assist the children of poor patients. They are provided with additional aid such as tuition fees, back to school assistance; new school bags, and rewards for excellent school results. School holiday activities and excursions are also organised for them to enjoy the same pleasures as other children. To date, over 240 of the patients’ children have benefited from this programme.see more

CARE - Care, Appreciate & Respect the Environment - In conjunction with MAA Medicare’s 20th anniversary, this programme was launched in 2014 to create an eco-conscious environment at the Foundation. Throughout the 12 centres, recycling programmes, energy efficiency measures and various eco-friendly initiatives are carried out to reduce our environmental impact while creating a cheery green space for our staff.
The three environmental aspirations are to “Buy Green,” “Be Green” and “Go Green.”see more
Training - The training program enables the team at MAA Medicare to excel in TWO(2) key areas:
1. That all staff are adequately trained to excel in key areas of their responsibility; enabling them to carry out their tasks confidently using their sharpened skills.
2. Staff as trainers. This gives the senior team the exposure and opportunity to share knowledge and vital information to patients and junior staff on all aspects of medical, administrative, IT and operational functions.
Blue Ribbon - As we recognize talent, we reward staff who individually or as a team are innovative in creating something new for the benefit of the centre, patients, donors, partners or supporters.see more
